COMMON ISSUES
If you’re encountering a “request expired” prompt, try setting your device to use “Automatic Date & Time” or “Automatic Timezone”. The exact name may differ according to your device, and can be found in your device settings.

– Setting up the app will soon require additional verification via Singpass Face Verification (SFV), in order to make sure only you are accessing your Singpass account
– Loading screens now cycle through a series of messages to help increase security awareness and promote good security hygiene
From Dec 2022, the app will only be available on Android 8.0 or later devices, in order to deliver a more secure product. Do keep your device up to date to continue using our app.
